I kind of stumbled onto these when I saw someone selling them on Etsy.com for $14.50 and thought...I am connected...I can do this for cheaper (plus I can put the heart on Ethiopia instead of Sudan)!! A friend from PTA cuts vinyl for decals and did a lot of work for the school decals (one is proudly displayed on my soccer mom van. ) She showed me how to do them and gave me a great deal on them!!
