So our dossier is off!! Unfortunatley I couldn't send it overnight because the line at the post office was 15 people deep and it was a stretch for me to keep 7 children still for the 10 minutes it took to use the automated post office computer which doesn't apparently process items over 13 ounces for express mail. So I saved $20 in postage and some sanity but lost several days before our dossier will be accepted and we are officially waiting. God knows, though! He has the perfect child and knows the perfect timing!
