Can I just say that our library rocks!!!
Monday nights are family nights and they always have a fun night planned for the kids. Last Monday the theme was snow and the kids were supposed to paint snow but it melted here to they made frosting from scratch and cut out snow flakes in played in a huge pile of crushed syrofoam "snow". Two weeks ago they had an animal fashion show. The kids brought their stuffed friends from home and got to make clothes for them from a variety of scrap fabrics. It was way way way to fun and totally my style!!! Here are the finished products:
This is baby bandit. Carter is so cute doing this because he wanted a "hat like Wubitu has..." and a "mask think like the robbers have in Texas". This is sleeping Beauty.
