Called the agency today to see if my begging emails and phone calls could get me anywhere on finding out when we will travel. Alas, nothing.....they said tomorrow they should have her birth certificate in ET!! I hope that is truly the case...and maybe we can find out her birthdate!!! We heard today that Sifan was not transferred to the agency's care center as promised last Friday....another disappointing day. I am trying to stay positive but we never seem to be a on the agency's radar ....which gets frustrating after awhile. I finished packing all of Sifan's clothes for the trip but still have no idea if they will fit.....ooops there goes my negative again. IF we get the miracle June 18th date...then I leave in 11 days!!!

ETA: OOPS! read the message wrong....our Birth Certificate will to be out tomorrow...just the court decree...which means there are still 2 more steps before the birth cert....:(
