Last week we had all of our documents off to BFAS to be "officially waiting" but alas....when I looked over our updated homestudy I noticed that between 4 proof readers we missed one additional place where our old agency is listed....so I wanted to get everything done...done...did I mention I would like it to be done... today so we skipped nap today to drive out to our homestudy agency's office to pick up the changes and to the post office to send it in again. I had to bribe the kids with a very cold trip to the big park near our the agency and a stop at McDonald's to use some more free ice cream cone coupons.
All in all...everything is on the way...and out of our hands. It should arrive by Thursday at the latest and I am not sure how long it will take for them to process.
In other adoption news...we recieved a request from Shaohannah's Hope for more essay answers. We recieved a grant from them last year but are praying...praying...praying that we receive another one this time around. When I contacted them by phone they said that it has happened before that a family receives the grant 2 times. Torrey is apprehensive and thinks he would give it to someone else if he were in charge, since we have already been blessed by them. I am still praying though! It would lift a HUGE burden which would allow us to give more freely to Ethiopia and the grant agencies that helped us so far!
