living the life. enjoying the journey

So Torrey came home last night to see me sitting in my pile of desk clutter that I am working endlessly to sort through to make the house "Open House" ready and he starts acting distant. Apparently the reality of getting everything ready to go and the extra expense was too much. We have decided to wait to sell the house until I am ready to go back to work at least part time. Right now we are pretty committed to my staying home with the kids with no outside work...which is tough for me at times because I am VERY VERY driven and project oriented....but we both know that it is the best decision for our family right now. Keziah needs the extra attention and our house has been virtually spotless for over a month. So we will have to just tighten the purse strings further as the gas prices rise and learn to share the potty in harmony until Keziah and baby girl number two start all day Kindergarten. I think we can make it another 3 years.
Here are a few pics from story time. Keziah Wubitu is always ready for pictures
A little sisterly love (Carter insists on picking his own clothes now that he is 5...they don't always match) (Oh yeah and Wubitu loves these pink shoes and insists that she gets to wear them with EVERYTHING)
